Barbara Matheson is the owner of Supervision Training Services know as (STS) who has designed the STEPPING UP model of Supervision Training that is recognised professional training. She delivers the STEPPING UP model in Melbourne, Adelaide she has been delivering supervision training since 2014 and has trained several hundred supervisors during this time. Barbara is an honorary member of Australian counselling Association and a Fellow of Counsellors Victoria STS has consultants delivering all over Australia.

I have been a registered member of ACA since 2003 and a registered supervisor since 2005. Becoming an Honorary ACA member in 2012. Past President of the Federation of Victorian Counsellors since 2005. In 2010 was given the honour of becoming a Fellow of FVC, it is now known as Counsellors Victoria.
I delivered the Rise Up model of Supervision in Adelaide, Melbourne Tasmania Under license from Optomise Potential since 2012 till July 2021 when they sold the business.
In 2019 I developed the Stepping Up Model of supervision that is recognised by all the leading Allied Health Professional Assocaition and I have 5 consultants delivering the latest holistic supervision model the "Stepping Up model" in all states of Australia.
I hold group supervision meeting monthly for Counsellors and Supervisors.

Cindy Cranswick Presenter and Assessor for West Australia. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Counselling and a Master Philosophy and is a registered Counsellor and Supervisor with ACA. She has over 10 year’s experience in counselling and 7 year’s experience as a Clinical Supervisor. Cindy has over 25 years in adult education and continues to offer professional development for allied health professionals. Heather Bunting STS's PACFA Supervisor and Assessor. Heather is a member of the ACA College of Supervisors and an accredited PACFA Supervisor. Heather holds zoom groups for PACFA and ACA members. She is passionate about helping student counsellors enter the profession as good counsellors and more broadly, likes to supervise all counsellors and supervisors. Tracey Fox is our Assessment Assistant in South Australia she is registered with the ACA College of Supervisors having recently moved from Mildura to Henley Beach where she is establising herself as aTrauma, Grief and loss counsellor. As a Supervisor she is highly motivated to share her training and offers Zoom Individual and Group Supervision.

Fiona Landford Presenter and Assessor For South Australia is a trauma-responsive Supervisor, Counsellor, Coach and Consultant. Fiona works extensively with children, adults and families with additional needs including neurodivergence, disabilities, trauma and Out of Home Care. Fiona’s passion is that everyone is equipped to find not only their true self but their unique voice as well. Founder of Courage Wisdom Change and is a registered NDIS Provider for Counselling and Early Childhood Supports. Fiona works in rural South Australia and Victoria. Fiona is registered with the ACA College of Supervisors.
