1. Membership Renewal Process:

- Membership renewal fees are automatically processed each year.

- A renewal reminder email will be sent 7 days before the renewal date, prompting you to submit your points requirements information via email.

- Failure to provide sufficient renewal information within the specified timeframe will lead to immediate termination of your membership. You will receive a partial refund, excluding stripe and administration fees.

2. Extension Requests for Unmet Requirements:

- If you are unable to meet the requirements and need an extension, please contact us promptly. At CHA, we emphasize open communication and transparency. Our team is here to assist you.

3. Adherence to Scope of Practice:
