Training Guide

Do not be discouraged if you currently lack some of the specified requirements; our commitment is to support you in achieving these standards. Take the necessary time to set up your training program, and rest assured that we are dedicated to assisting you in every step of the process. Our ethos is rooted in the belief that success is attainable, and we will persistently work with you to elevate your program until all stipulated requirements are met. Upon approval training listed in supervised certification section will receive a minimum 3 star rating for Q2, 5 and 10 (you can gain an additional 2 stars for meeting requirements of Q4 and 6)

In order for your training program to be eligible for recognition and point allocation, adherence to the following fundamental criteria is imperative:

 1. **Topic Selection:** -    Clearly define the subject matter and scope of the training.

 2. **Instructor Qualifications:** - Worth 1 star -  Articulate the qualifications that render you suitable to instruct this course.

 3. **Module Breakdown:** -    Provide a comprehensive breakdown of the course modules, including time allocations for each and concise explanations.

 4. **Course Duration:** - Gain extra star for 10 hours minimum training - Specify the total duration of the course, with the understanding that one point can be granted per instructional hour, up to a maximum of 10 points.

 5. **Competency Assessment:** - Worth 1 star - Outline the methodology by which students can demonstrate their proficiency in working with clients. Eg – Client case studies, demonstrations in class etc.

 6. **Advanced Support/Access:** - Gain 1 extra star for ongoing support - Detail any supplementary support or enhanced access offered to participants beyond the standard curriculum.

 7. **Student Knowledge Requirements:** - Clarify if a knowledge examination is mandatory for students as part of the course completion criteria. How many questions, what is the passing requirement score etc.

 8. **Certification:** - Gain 1 extra star for certificate of completion rather than attendance - Confirm the issuance of a certificate upon successful completion of the training.

 9. **Provided Resources:** - Enumerate the resources supplied to participants, such as a comprehensive manual, scripts, and any other pertinent materials.

 10. **Grievance and Refund Policy:** - Worth 1 star - Clearly define the policies governing grievances and refunds to ensure transparency and accountability in the event of concerns or dissatisfaction. This will be displayed on your image if Diploma training is in Australia.

Adherence to these requisites will facilitate the evaluation and recognition of your training program within our required framework. All submissions are listed for Clinical Hypnosis Australia and Hypnosis New Zealand.

Affiliation Guide

• All affiliated members will be paid via pay pal from the 1st - 5th of each month.

• Affiliate members are required to hold a current account with CHA on any tier.

• Commissions are 10% per member signup for each calendar year - If a member gains a refund your affiliate payment will be removed for that payment.

• Affiliated members will need to provide an affiliate link to CHA as well as a login to the platform to track logins and affiliation payments. Failure to make payment affiliations to us from training/courses and events will lead to your recommendations and adverts on social and emails being removed.

• Affiliated members will receive one advertising post on our Facebook business page, along with one advertisement placement at the bottom of our outgoing emails. Additionally, they will benefit from endorsements by our supervisors when prospective students inquire about our services.

• These guidelines can be changed at anytime as stated per the rules in the constitution. Any changes will also be emailed out to affiliated members.
